This policy applies to information processed by evercrisp.ai LLC. Engagement-specific confidentiality, data handling, or security terms may also be addressed in a separate written agreement or statement of work.

2. Information we collect

If you request an AI Readiness Snapshot, AI Opportunity Alignment and Impact Potential report, workshop, advisory engagement, or other service, we may process the details you provide and information developed during our review, research, analysis, communications, and delivery work.
  • Technical and usage information. Your browser, device, and our service providers may send standard request data such as IP address, user-agent string, referrer, URLs visited, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP address, diagnostic logs, and performance or security events.
  • Analytics and interaction data. We may use privacy-conscious analytics and similar tools to understand aggregate traffic, conversion patterns, product interest, site reliability, and how visitors move through the site.
  • Information from third parties. We may collect publicly available, client-provided, vendor-provided, or independently researched business information that helps us evaluate an inquiry, prepare for a conversation, deliver services, protect our rights, or improve our offerings.

3. How we use it

  • To communicate with you, respond to requests, send transactional messages, schedule meetings, maintain relationship history, and manage business records.
  • To research, analyze, develop, test, improve, and refine our frameworks, offerings, workflows, internal tools, templates, reports, operations, and client-service methods.
  • To create, use, and retain aggregated, anonymized, de-identified, or otherwise non-identifying insights, benchmarks, examples, learnings, and internal reference materials.
  • To protect the site, services, users, clients, vendors, and evercrisp.ai LLC from abuse, fraud, spam, security threats, unauthorized access, legal exposure, or other harmful activity.
  • To comply with law, enforce agreements, preserve evidence, exercise legal rights, respond to lawful requests, and support accounting, tax, audit, compliance, and other business administration needs.

4. How we disclose information

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of that phrase. We may disclose information when we believe it is appropriate, useful, or necessary for a lawful business purpose, including to:

  • Government authorities, courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when we believe disclosure is required or permitted by law, legal process, contract, security needs, or protection of rights and safety.
  • A buyer, investor, lender, successor, assignee, or advisor in connection with a financing, diligence process, restructuring, merger, acquisition, sale, transfer, bankruptcy, or similar business transaction involving all or part of evercrisp.ai LLC.

These may include Vercel for hosting and analytics, Supabase for databases, Resend for email, Calendly for scheduling, and other infrastructure, productivity, security, analytics, communications, payment, AI, or professional-service tools we reasonably choose to use. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

6. De-identified and aggregated information

We may use information that has been aggregated, anonymized, de-identified, or otherwise transformed so that it does not reasonably identify you or your organization. We may use and disclose that information for any lawful purpose, including research, benchmarking, product and service development, internal training, case-pattern analysis, thought leadership, marketing, and improving our methods.

7. Retention

We retain information for as long as we determine it is reasonably useful or necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to maintain business records, support current or future conversations, improve our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect our rights. We may retain de-identified, aggregated, backup, archival, security, and legal records for longer periods where appropriate.
